Use this data collection form to track your students progress in their functional routines. This data collection form is specifically for the arrival routine and you can fill in the blanks digitally or pen and paper. The final sheet is blank to add the steps in your arrival routine if they differ from the sample.
Directions: Print data sheet to use in your classroom or use digitally by typing the data into the editable boxes. These data sheets are great to use to track a variety of IEP goals or track progress of your student during the arrival routine. In my classroom, I put the student’s goals and data sheets into a binder for each student. That way I have quick access to all of their individual goals and data. This is useful when I write my IEP reports and progress reviews.
