Classroom Assessments: How to set-up a data collection binder for each student

These data sheets are great to use to track academic skill progress of your students. In my classroom, I put the student’s assessment data sheets into a binder for each student.  I use dividers to separate sections such as academic/work task record sheet, IEP goals data sheets (not included
in this bundle), and general academic assessment (color & shape, letter, number, and fine motor assessment).  I assess their academic skills over 4 periods during the year.  The binder is a way to have quick access to all of their individual goals and data.  This is useful when I write my IEP reports and progress reviews.  I use the academic/work task record sheet to track the student’s individual skills and task completion each day I work with them.
