My favorite theme to introduce to my preschool special education classroom is the Gingerbread Man! There are so many fun, engaging activities and stories to use in the classroom.
I love the classic Gingerbread Man story and have adapted it to my student’s level. They love the repetition and characters in the story. I also created a Colorful Gingerbread Man adapted story focusing on colors and includes a color sorting activity to use with your students.
